Welcome to the Professional Photographers of Nebraska (PPN) Web site. As our mission statement reads, we are dedicated to uplifting professionalism to the highest of standards, promoting ethical practices within the photographic industry and educating our members through publications, forums and conferences.

As a member of PPN you deserve and are entitled to the best education and support available. Our members are among the most talented and skilled photographers and business owners. Each one of us is here to help new members – and each other – attain their highest potential as professional photographers. A bonus to becoming a highly respected professional through PPN is the opportunity to make many life-long friends who share your passion for photography.

Each year we sponsor a conference in the fall and again in early winter in Grand Island, Nebraska. We also sponsor an Educational Monday in May, held at a different locations in Nebraska each year. 

Our conferences offer opportunities for each of us to learn new skills, develop our existing skills and explore new areas to extend our talents and interests – and have a lot of fun at the same time.

We also publish a quarterly newsletter, which details upcoming events and offers educational tips for running your studio – from advertising to lighting. Click on the Newsletter link to see the current issue as well as past issues.
